Your Body Speaks

If you are willing to be still and listen,you can hear and understand what your body is saying to you. I want to share an experience with you. Last week I had oral surgery. I had a tooth that fractured and needed to be extracted. I was sad at first, however, I knew I had done everything I could to save the tooth.My journey of an extracted tooth began 15 years ago when I had a root canal.Ten years later the dentist added a crown to the same tooth. Five years after the crown the tooth fractured and needed to be extracted. It has been quite the process to save my tooth. I never thought this would be something I would have to go through. I thought that I had always taken good care of my teeth. I reflected on the choices I made prior to the root canal. I was addicted to sugar and didn’t pay much attention to nutrition and oral health. The consequences were cavities and a root canal. If there are any changes you need to make in your oral health make them now. Don’t wait until it is too late.

When I became pregnant with my son, I decided to eliminate sugar from my diet. I also learned about massage therapy, juicing, and meditation. A whole new level of health and healing had opened up to me and I started to be more conscious of what I ate and what choices I made to elevate stress. I began to educate myself about toxins and how to remove them from my body. The more I started to love and accept my body, the more aware I became of what to products to use on my body and what foods to eat. I learned about the harmful effects of fluoride and started using natural toothpaste. Eliminating sugar, eating a plant based diet, and using natural toothpaste without fluoride changed my oral health. I have had no cavities since the root canal 15 years ago. I also enjoy emotional balance from the elimination of sugar from my diet.

Why am I sharing this with you??? I care about your health!!!!!! No one taught me how to eat properly and how to listen to my body. I had to learn  the importance of self-love, and self-care through a lot of pain and suffering. You can choose pain or self love as a motivator for change. Pain is a way for your body to get your attention!!!! Your body is speaking to you letting you know you are out of balance. It could be physical, emotional, mental, or spiritual.It is our responsibility to STOP and listen to our body.

The body can heal itself. Letting go of the judgment of whether it is bad or good frees your body to just go through the healing process. It is just an experience! Let it be what it is and become the observer of your pain. Allow your spirit to share insights of what your experience is about. Allow whatever emotions you feel  inside of you to release. Forget what your mind is telling you about the experience and allow the miracle of your body to speak eternal truths. Our bodies hold the wisdom of ages through the voice of our soul. If you ignore your pain, numb your pain with toxic chemical substances, or avoid your pain through addictive behaviors, you cover up the miracle of who you are and the power you have within you to heal.

The greatest gift I have given to myself is making choices out of self love instead of pain and suffering. I no longer need to wait until the pain too great to make a change. Choosing to love myself and make choices to keep my body in balance allows me to go through experiences with grace and ease. Resisting pain or challenges only intensifies it. As I am open and learn to grow and flow with the pains in life, I allow my body to experience life with sacredness and honor of the miracle I am.

You are a miracle! Your body is a sacred and holy temple for your spirit. Listen to your feelings, express them, and allow the energy of your feelings to be released without judgment. Our feelings are our truth in the moment.Making it a practice to speak your truth will set you free. Freedom is yours when you are willing to be still and listen to your body speak.

Here are some of the things I enjoy doing to bring my body into balance:
1. Meditate- Meditation allows our mind to become quiet so our spirit can observe the energy of what is going on in our body. It opens our connection to our Creator so we can allow healing love and light to nourish our body and spirit.It also allows us to expand our awareness of our self  and receive inspiration for our life.

2.Yoga-Yoga helps us learn to breathe into the areas of tension when we hold a pose. Increasing our flexibility helps us to be more flexible with life. It also allows us to connect to our body, mind, and spirit with power and intention.

3.Juicing-Juicing cleanses our body of toxins and brings vitality to our cells. It increases our energy and heals the body. I juiced ginger,cucumber,and carrots to ease pain after my oral surgery instead of using prescriptions or Tylenol. It worked great!!

4.Sound Healing-Playing beautiful music can sooth the soul,calm the mind, and bring our body into balance. I also use crystal bowl sound healing to bring my chakras into balance.

5.Gemstones-Gemstones promote healing and awakening on every level- body,mind,emotions,and spirit. You can wear gemstone necklaces or do self therapy treatments to help bring your body into balance. 6.Nutrition- When we eat  balanced meals of fruits, vegetables, and whole grains our bodies are balanced. We can focus more effectively, and our energy increases. There are foods that increase our energy and foods that decrease our energy. Making the best personal choices for our body comes through awareness of what we eat and how we feel after we eat it. If the food you eat doesn’t increase your energy after eating it, then it is time to reconsider your food choices.

7. Writing in a Journal- Writing helps us process our feelings in a healthy way. I also encourage my clients to keep two journals. The first one is to use to write down all feelings. I also suggest burning the pages when they are ready. Burning the pages is a physical action to transform the energy into something else. This is a great healing tool for people needing to release anger, fear,hurt, grief, and shame. The other journal is used as a creation journal. This is where I invite my clients to write down positive affirmations, goals, and dreams. There is great power in writing our goals down. I have manifested 21 desires this past year. A creation journal was one of the tools I used to manifest what I want.

8.Nature- Nature is one of the most powerful healing gifts for our bodies. The life force that comes from the earth balances our chakras, clears our mind, and awakens our soul. Spending time in nature is essential for our well being. If you don’t have time, make time! Even if you just spend a few minutes in the sun or lay on the grass it will make a huge difference in your life.

9.Detox Bath- An Epsom salt bath is great for relaxation and detoxification. I use 1-2 cups of epsom salt, lavender essential oil, and Master’s Miracle Soap for a great energy clearing,relaxing, and detoxing bath.I also like to add some beautiful music and candles for ambiance.

10.Self Love- It takes self-love to make the choices we need to keep our body healthy and balanced. Our thoughts about our-self is a reflection of how we treat our self and others. Having positive self talk is essential to our health. Transformation begins with a thought to believe the truth. Which is that you are loved! You are lovable! You are perfect as you are in this moment! You are growing and learning on your spiritual journey. Enjoy your life without judgment of yourself and others. Life is blissful when you do!

Ten Top Stress Relievers

Stress can be triggered by the pressures of everyday responsibilities. Negative life events can also cause stress. Your central nervous system is in charge of your “fight or flight” response. During stressful life circumstances the hypothalamus tells your adrenal glands to release adrenaline and cortisol. When the stress is gone the body goes back to normal. If the stress doesn’t go away or the body doesn’t go back to normal it will throw you out of balance.  Chronic stress can affect your central nervous system, respiratory and cardiovascular system,digestive system,muscular system, and immune system.

The good news is that there are natural remedies to help bring your body back into balance.

Here are some of the natural remedies I keep in my medicine cabinet:

Dreams Come True

I have wanted to go to the Redwoods for several years. Well, an unexpected trip to California landed me right in the middle of a dream come true.Do you find yourself wondering if some of the things you want will ever happen? To be honest I ponder that question often. I wonder why somethings manifest so easily and effortlessly and why somethings take time or never manifest. What is the  secret to manifesting what you want?  I don’t have all the answers. I find that manifesting my dreams is a constant learning process with God guiding me along the way. I always leave room for his dream for me to manifest and do my best to stay out of the way. I realize I am limited in what I can see to bless my life.That is when I align myself with God’s will and surrender. There are also times when my Heavenly Father reminds me that it is essential to my spiritual progression to learn to be a creator and to manifest what I want. Balancing these two important lessons keeps my faith strong and allows me the freedom to grow as a woman of God.

Here are some of the tools I use to manifest my dreams:

1.Journal Writing- The first step in manifesting is listening to the personal revelation you receive for your life. I will begin to write out my feelings and what I am going through. Then I take time to listen to what experiences Heavenly Father would like to bring into my life and write it down in my journal. Writing is taking the spiritual(inspiration) world and bringing it into the physical(journal) world. God created everything spiritually before he created it physically.
2.Vision Board- I use a nine square vision board to list the things I want to manifest. I hand write some of the items and use photos. I put three easy items, three difficult items, and three outrageous items that seem impossible. Your vision board should have different levels so you can reach beyond your limitations and create what you think is impossible,possible. I teach this method in my coaching programs. There is scientific evidence on why this method works. I won’t go into the details with you now, however you can contact me if you would be interested in learning more about it.
3.Visualization- Guided visualization is another tool to help us manifest what we want. Our mind doesn’t know the difference between a visualization and the actual experience. It accepts both as reality. When we visualize what we want our mind, body, and spirit has that experience in that moment. It is taking that spiritual inspiration and bringing it into the physical body. We have to believe it is possible before it can happen.
4.Trust- This requires us to completely trust in ourselves, our Creator, and the angels to assist us. We have to let go and trust that it will manifest. You need to realize somethings will manifest instantly and some things take time. I have also discovered that what I want to manifest changes and I have had to learn how to be flexible. Sometimes I take things off my vision board and change it. I know God is in charge and he doesn’t want to limit me in any way. I am the one that needs to stay out of my own way and not limit myself.
5.Meditation- Learning to become still and listen to your soul through meditation helps us to find the creator within us. There is a power within us that is capable of creating worlds without end. We are children of God. We have the same power he does. There is a deep humility that arises within us when we find this part of ourselves. It is beautiful awakening of our truth.
6.Expect the Unexpected- My dreams always come when I don’t expect it. This is what  makes the journey of creating so exciting and fun! I love it!
7.Accept the Gift with Gratitude- Everything is a gift from God. You created and manifested your goal or dream through the power of God. The power of God that is in you and the power of God Heavenly Father shared with you to create and manifest your dreams. Each time I receive the gift of a dream coming true, my heart opens wider to receive God’s love for me. From the simplest desire to the biggest desire I praise God for his hand in my life.

Walking in the Redwoods with my granddaughter is a dream come true I will cherish forever. I didn’t know I was going to California until I few days before the trip. My life was extremely busy and I had worked 72 hours a week reaching a goal for a career change I decided to make. My anxiety was high, I was exhausted, and my life was in transition.  I got a call from a family member who was taking a trip to California  to see some ill family members.They wanted to stop in Idaho to see me along the way. Their car wasn’t in the best condition to take a long trip.The next thing I knew I offered them use of my car to finish the trip and I was on a road trip with them to the California Redwoods. This was actually NOT the best time to take a road trip, however when what you want shows up, you take it!! Things don’t always show up exactly how you imagine, but they do show up in mysterious ways.It was a great bonding time for me and my granddaughter. The healing that occurred after one day on the beach and in the Redwoods did more for me than anything else I did all year. Even though it was a short trip the experience is something I will hold onto forever. It wasn’t just another item off my vision board. It was a dream come true!

It is ALL Good

Yesterday my daughter and I went for a two hour walk. During that time I was sharing that everything has a positive outcome. Even if you make a mistake somehow the universe will turn it into a positive experience for your soul’s growth.   I have realized over the years that it is impossible for good not to come! It always does! There are always blessings that come from every experience.  I have no more judgments of bad or good experiences because what seemed to be bad always turned out good. There is the constant force of light moving us forward to grow spiritually to evolve and embrace our divine nature. I have experienced a powerful loving energy that supports me to expand into Christ consciousness when I live in gratitude for every experience. When you make a conscious choice to see the positive in every situation, there is a miracle that awaits you, if you will listen to spirit and be aware.

When you change your focus to the positive in your life,  inspiration, solutions, truth, and understanding comes. There is good in all things.  Doors of opportunity are open even when you can’t see them. Love, abundance, peace, and joy is available the moment you are willing to stop resisting and accept it.

There is immeasurable value for you and your experiences. It is for your growth and the growth of everyone around you. BE THE ONE who will choose to see the good in everyone and everything. We are all connected and we touch each other’s lives whether we are aware or not. When we support ourselves and each other with positive thoughts and words, our souls are nurtured.

The universe is always, always, always, moving us, guiding us, and supporting us to see the Divine in all things.  It is all around us. It is in us! It is our soul’s purpose to receive good, to learn from good, to remember we are good. All is good. All is God. Opposition is the big illusion! When you face the opposition and focus on the good, the opposition loses power.  The miracle of peace comes and spirit can move freely to guide you in the direction of your highest good. Surrendering to the spirit of God without resisting or attempting to control, opens the door to the peace within. It’s your choice to get discouraged or pulled down from opposition or rise up and rejoice in your blessings. What will you choose today?

How Great is the Morning?

What I feel inspired to share with you, is how I start my morning. The actions that I take in the morning have a huge impact on the rest of the day. I felt it was important I share my experiences, so you could begin to reflect on how you begin your day.

Here are some of the actions I take to get in touch with the essence of my soul. The first thing I do when I open my eyes in the morning is become aware of my feelings, thoughts, and surroundings. I begin my day by acknowledging how comfortable my pillows, sheets, and bed feels against my body. I allow myself to feel supported in my space through the physical elements and through God’s love.  Second, I acknowledge anything I am feeling.  I have discovered that joy is a choice I make every day. The moment I wake up I can choose to be the joy I am or not. If I feel something other than joy I say 10 clearing statements, ask God 10 questions, and say 10 statements of gratitude. Then I picture myself in front of my creator and am open to that experience. When I do this I feel very open, alive, and clear. Then I go into mediation. Meditation brings us into awareness of our essence. When I feel complete I knee beside my bed to show humility and gratitude to my creator.  I usually feel inspired to write in my journal after this.

How do you start your day? Does anything I am sharing with you resonate with you? If you took the time to be still and listen to what you need to start your morning, what would be your answers?  When I consciously choose to be aware of my soul first thing in the morning my day is divinely guided in miraculous ways. Do miracles happen every day? I believe they do, whether we are aware of them or not. Getting in touch with the essence of our soul, we discover we are a miracle and everything is a reflection of God’s joy through us.

Loving Life

Sunday I felt a warm blanket of love and support around me, cradling me gently into a space of detachment. I could feel my thoughts disappear and my soul expand without limitations. I could feel the light within expanding, dispersing thoughts and beliefs other humans had projected onto me. There was a deep power within pulling me inward allowing me to reflect from the light within me. My inner light was beauty, glory, bliss, peace, and love. I could feel perfect beauty. I could feel the connection of light I am with all life. There was a greater awareness of connection to humanity at a deeper level than I have felt before. There was purpose for my light on earth without my mind trying to perceive or understand what it is.  My soul comprehended my purpose in such a way that I have no words to explain it. It is that glorious! My whole heart and soul was open to Christ and the glory of his love emulated through me and through everything and everyone on earth. I have often felt my light and feel and see the light in all creation, but this time the light is brighter. This time the capacity of my light, connection, and love had expanded.  Thoughts of the past had disappeared; all that was within me was the love, truth, peace, and knowledge from my experiences. These precious moments of life that allow me to feel the essence and beauty of my soul. There are my treasures from heaven, the heaven on earth within me.

The spirit that moves me in these experiences is the spirit that has moved me to create the products and services at Andreas Home Heaven on Earth. It comes from a love within me, to have those on the earth feel the love, peace and connection through God, each other, and the earth.

I share my spirit with you through my blog to honor the light that is within me and within you.  I am loving life and I would like to invite you to reflect on the experiences you are currently having in your life. You may or may not be enjoying life right now. Whatever you are experiencing, just allow yourself to be aware of your thoughts and feelings. Take time to be still and listen. Remember you do have a choice on how you think and feel. You have the power to change your life through your thoughts, emotions, and the direction of your heart. If you are loving life, then keep doing what you are doing. If not, are you ready to let go of the thoughts and feelings that get in the way of experiencing the full measure of your creation? Are there thoughts and emotions that have power over your life, that no longer serve you? Can you open your whole heart, body, and soul open to beauty of Christ’s love? Can you be willing to detach from the teachings of the world and be still to discover the truth and beauty that is within? I have taken the journey within to find beauty, love, peace, bliss, and the glory of God to experience life to the fullest. I invite you to take the journey within and access what your soul has to offer in the present moment. There are few things you can do to create that space for yourself. Some examples are to meditate, write in a journal, listen to affirmations,and spend time in nature. These are some of the ways to align yourself with God to feel connected and loved.  Try it and see what happens. You may begin to love life too!
